Well, 2011 has come and (almost gone), and it seems that, as usual, I have neglected this space. With work and gastronomy classes, who knows if I’ll ever be able to keep it up regularly.

We travelled all over the country, to all sorts of fun towns and out-of-the-way-places, which was such an amazing experience…
We made sure to visit big cities in the north:
east:
Wales:
Scotland:
and everywhere in between. Ireland is on our future travel list, which is just as exciting.
Next week, after my final paper (on hard cider in colonial New England!) and L‘s exams, we’re off to Singapore for Christmas and the New Year. Hooray for travel!
